My friends call me Melody, my mom calls me Wawa.

Born in New York and raised in Tennessee to immigrant parents, I've had the rich opportunity of living a multicultural life. The duality of being bilingual and experiencing two cultures has helped me adapt quickly to my surroundings and find empathy from different perspectives.

This mindset extends to how I view design and my established design philosophy:

  • As a communication asset, good design speaks to every person regardless of language barriers or frame of mind.

  • As designers, we are hired by our clients, but we design for their target audience. Being empathetic to that audience is fundamentally required.

  • To achieve great design requires great collaboration, between peers and with our client.

Psst. Wanna see something fun?

When I’m not designing for clients, I take photos of things I collect and post them to the internet.
